If you click on this link you will accept this. The program then morphs into a true virus which is very difficult to remove. This virus can not be uninstalled or deleted. The user can not go to a restore point with an earlier date, start in safe mode, or go to msconfig to stop the process from running. The creator requests payment for the removal of the virus and even after paying the virus still remains on your desktop.
